This traditional favorite is elaborated with chicken, pork, shrimp, clams, mussels, scallops calamari squid, and grouper filets. All ingredients are slowly cooked in a rice base with fish stock, white wine, saffron and olive oil. WARNING: YOU MUST ORDER THIS DISH A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME.
